How the Variable APRs on Your Account will be Determined: The APRs on your account will be determined each billing cycle by adding a margin to the Prime Rate (which will be the highest rate published in the Money Rates column of The Wall Street Journal on the last business day of each month). Balance Transfers. Here's How it Works:
To request a balance transfer please enter the 15 or 16 digit account number from the MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card account that you want us to process a balance transfer to. Upon approval of your application we will provide you with your Cardmember Agreement and to the extent permitted by your credit line we will process the requested balance transfer payment to the credit card account(s) which you have requested. If the total amount you request exceeds the assigned credit line on this account, we may either decline the request or send a partial payment to your creditor(s) in the order you provided them to us. The amount of available credit on this account will be reduced by the amount of the balance transfer and the related balance transfer fees. We reserve the right to decline to process any requested balance transfer. We will not process a request to transfer a balance from any other account you may have with us. Balance transfers incur interest from the transaction date and they do not have the same charge back rights as transactions conducted with a credit card.
A balance transfer may take up to 4 weeks to post to your other credit card accounts. Continue to pay each creditor until the balance transfer appears on the other account as a credit. If you would like to complete a balance transfer from another account that is not a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, please call the phone number on the back of your new credit card once you are approved.

LUKOIL Platinum MasterCard Rebate Program
Your LUKOIL Platinum MasterCard is issued by Barclays Bank Delaware("Barclays"), located in Wilmington, DE. The LUKOIL/Getty Rebate Program ("Program") is owned and administered by Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. (hereinafer "Company"), a subsidiary of LUKOIL Oil Company. By accepting the LUKOIL Platinum MasterCard, you agree that Barclays may share information regarding your account, including the account number and transaction information, with Company for the purposes of providing customer service to you for the Program.
Rebates under the Program are earned on purchases made with your LUKOIL Platinum MasterCard. The following transactions are excluded from "Purchases" and do not earn rebates (unless Company determines otherwise): balance transfers, convenience checks, cash advances, credit card fees and finance charges. Rebates are also not earned on returns made on your account. In addition you will not earn rebates for any gasoline and merchandise purchased with your LUKOIL Platinum MasterCard from merchants that sell gasoline other than LUKOIL or Getty branded gasoline.
Your account must remain open and in good standing to receive rebates offered under the Program. Good standing means you are not in Default under the Cardmember Agreement.
You will earn rebates equal to 4% for all purchases made on a cardmembers LUKOIL Platinum MasterCard at participating LUKOIL and Getty branded locations and rebates equal to 1% on all purchases made anywhere else (excluding purchases made at any merchant that sells gasoline other than LUKOIL or Getty branded gasoline) provided the account is open and in good standing at the time of purchase. In addition, for the first two billing cycles after your new account is opened, you will earn rebates of 8% on LUKOIL and Getty purchases and 2% on all other purchases (excluding purchases made at any merchant that sells gasoline other than LUKOIL or Getty branded gasoline) provided your account is open and in good standing. Rebates are not earned on gasoline and merchandise purchased from merchants that sell gasoline other than LUKOIL or Getty branded gasoline. There is no maximum rebate allowance for purchases at LUKOIL or Getty branded retail locations during the first two billing cycles that an account is open. After the first two billing cycles the maximum rebate allowance for purchases at LUKOIL or Getty branded retail locations is $50 per month which is equivalent to $1,250.00 in purchases at LUKOIL or Getty branded retail locations. Rebate accumulations will be reported monthly on your billing statement. Each time you accumulate at least $20 in rebates a coupon will be sent on your next month's billing statement. A maximum of three coupons will be sent on one billing statement however, rebates will continue to accumulate. Rebates are not transferable and points accumulated will expire after 12 months if not redeemed. Barclays and Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc., reserve the right to suspend, modify,cancel or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason.
LUKOIL/Getty coupons are honored at any participating LUKOIL or Getty branded retail location in ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV AND D.C. Any disputes concerning rebates will not affect your payment obligation to Barclays on your account. You will not earn rebates if your account is not in good standing. Any tax liability resulting from the Program is the cardmembers responsibility. Barclays is not responsible for any dispute from joint cardmembers or authorized users relating to the rebate Program.
Any discrepancies in rebates earned must be brought to Barclays'attention promptly, but in no event later than 60 days from the date of the transaction or the billing statement for which an adjustment is sought. Should we be notified after the 60 day period, adjustments will be made only at Barclays' discretion.
Barclays and Company reserve the right to suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason; including but not limited to 6 months of inactivity on the account. Rebates accumulated are not the property of the cardmember and cannot be bought, sold or transferred (including upon your death or as part of a domestic relations settlement). Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow Program terms, or misrepresentation by a cardmember will make the cardmember ineligible to earn further rebates under the LUKOIL/Getty Rebate Program.
